Fees: Please call for a free 15-minute free phone consultation to discuss the type of service that may be appropriate to fit your individual situation. This conversation will help us determine the service and the fee recommended for your individual or family needs.  Sessions can range from 45-120 minutes.  Most clients choose to have 45 or 60 min sessions.  Clients might initially start out with longer sessions if they are in crisis or wanting to move through the therapy process quicker. 

Session Length: Individual sessions are typically between 45-60 minutes parent/child or family sessions will range from 60-90 minutes, depending on the problem and number of people attending the session. Fee and session length will be agreed upon before the session.

Cancellation Policy: I prefer a minimum of 48 hours for canceled therapy sessions.  This gives me time to offer you spot to someone else.   I require a 24 hours notice for all cancellations. You will be charged the full fee for the missed service if you do not provide adequate notice.  If you are running late or get stuck at work ect please call me and if appropriate we can have a phone session.  Please be responsible and do not drive while participating in a therapy session.

Reduced Fee Services: I reserve a few reduced fee spots for those in need of reduced fee services. Please inquire by calling and speaking with me directly about your situation.

Payment: I accept checks; cash and credit cards at the time services are rendered.   If you choose to pay by credit card you may click the “make a payment” tab on my website.  If you choose to pay by credit card please pay for the session prior to our meeting.   Payment is due at the beginning of the session.

 Insurance: I am not contracted with insurance companies but am happy to provide you with a monthly bill if you may request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company directly. I encourage my clients to fully understand the terms of their insurance policies.   If you plan to file for out of network benefits please let me know ahead of time.  This requires some additional paperwork there are pros and cons of using insurance.   PLEASE DISCUSS PRIOR TO SESSION IF YOU PLAN TO  USE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS.   YOUR MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS COME OUT OF A DIFFERENT DEDUCTIBLE THAN YOUR MEDIAL BENEFITS.
